Our story
A New Orleans company, built to do it right.
Cajun Innovative Solutions was founded by Thomas Adams Sr. in 2023 — but the experience behind it goes back nearly three decades. Thomas spent his career inside commercial HVAC at the industry’s biggest names: twelve years as a Senior Account Manager at Siemens, plus roles at Johnson Controls and Daikin Applied — working on the mechanical systems that keep New Orleans’ municipal buildings, schools, and large commercial plants running.
He started CIS on a simple idea: New Orleans deserves an HVAC company that does the work itself, stands behind it, and treats a homeowner’s comfort with the same seriousness as a hotel’s mechanical plant.
So we built a self-performing shop — the crew that scopes the job is the crew that does it. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, no mystery subcontractors. From homes across Greater New Orleans to some of the city’s most demanding institutional buildings, the standard doesn’t change.
